Friday - Swindon
Parked the bus outside McDonalds and were doing a good steady trade until the Mayor arrived at 11 and the heaven's opened. Karen, Pete and David were soaked but struggled valiantly on until the rain stopped and the sun came out.
We were joined by Sarah and Mark from the Blood Service who also saw their fair share of the wet stuff.
The Mayor of Swindon and his wife, Councillor and Mrs Bawden joined us and can be seen signing the visitors book and joining the register, helping numbers in Swindon reach just over 200.
